Balluff AG is an international technology company based in Biel/Bienne, mainly responsible for the distribution of sensors and systems for industrial automation. Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks (mail, shipping, filing)
- Customer and supplier communication (phone & email)
- Maintenance of master data
- Support in dunning processes
- Involvement in invoice processing
- Participation in monthly and annual closings
- Assistance in daily operations
Requirements
- Commercial training or comparable education in the office sector
- Knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent communication in German, French/English is an advantage
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Accurate, reliable, and structured work style
- Flexibility (including vacation representation)
