Compliance Officer (m/f/d)
You will ensure the sustainable anchoring and compliance with all regulatory requirements in the company's processes as well as in the thinking and actions of the employees. This involves implementing the legal requirements concerning due diligence (KYC, AIA, FATCA, and VwbPG obligations etc.). You will implement instructions and guidelines, ensure compliance, accompany onboarding processes, analyze complex business transactions, make recommendations, question, train, and monitor legal developments. You will also work on projects to optimize processes. If interested, there is a medium-term prospect of taking over the management of the Compliance Department.
Required is a solid compliance experience in the fiduciary or banking sector. Based on a legal or business education, you are well acquainted with regulatory requirements in due diligence. You have the ability to analyze issues from different perspectives and know what particularly matters in compliance: showing risks, asking uncomfortable questions in a pleasant manner, and proposing solutions in the tension between business and regulation. You must be fluent in English.
