Your Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable including payments and collections.
• Manage financial accounting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly closings.
• Prepare year-end closing including coordination with the audit firm.
• Quarterly VAT reporting.
• Personnel administration and social security.
• Payroll processing for about 20 employees.
• Manage digital time tracking, overtime, and absence control.
• Expense reports and cash closures.
• Prepare regular meetings with the finance manager.

Your Profile

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting / fiduciary / payroll.
• Proficient in OR closing and experienced in Swiss salary and social security matters.
• Very reliable, loyal, discreet, and trustworthy with a passion for independent work.
• High degree of independence, conscientiousness, and resilience, accustomed to acting responsibly.
• Very good knowledge of Office365, experience with Infoniqa or similar financial software.
• German: Fluent (C2).
