Your Mission

You lead the entire Finance & Controlling function of Bechtle Switzerland SA while managing and supporting the transformation of financial operations within the Swiss entities.
The position combines responsibility for financial management, business partnering, controlling, accounting governance, process harmonization, automation, performance visibility PMO, as well as operational excellence of the finance function.

Financial Leadership:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting processes, and monthly and annual closings
• Provide reporting and relevant financial analyses to the Managing Director and local management for decision-making
• Support strategic decisions and contribute to improving the profitability of Bechtle Switzerland SA and possibly other entities.

Financial Operations and Governance:

• Participate in the standardization of financial processes among the various Swiss entities and lead when necessary
• Support and lead financial initiatives aimed at improving performance management, particularly around standard costs, inter-company transactions, service profitability by technology areas, etc.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance of Navision
• Oversee billing, WIP, accounts receivable, and analytical accounting

Transformation and Automation:

• Support automation initiatives related to Quote-to-Bill, Project Management, and Services Management
• Collaborate with IT to improve ERP integrations and reporting tools.
• Prepare data migration for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA planned for
• Contribute to improving the IT environment, particularly within the Sales and Services organizations by automating tasks to enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Team Management:

• Coach, support, and develop the local Finance & Controlling team
• Enhance collaboration within the team by establishing cross-responsibilities
• Assist managers in managing their financial performance

Stakeholder Management:

• Be the preferred contact person for the Swiss Management Team, Group Finance, auditors, and business leaders.

• Accuracy and timeliness of closings and reporting
• Quality of the budget and forecasts
• Reliability of billing and WIP tracking
• Performance of account collection
• Audit results and compliance level
• Efficiency of financial processes and progress of automation initiatives
