Your Mission

• Direct the entire Finance & Controlling function of Bechtle Switzerland
• Drive and support the transformation of financial operations within Swiss entities.
• Combine responsibilities in financial management, business partnering, controlling, accounting governance, process harmonization, automation, and excellence in financial functions.
• Leadership in financial processes:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and annual closes.
  • Provide management reports and financial analyses for decision-making.
• Manage financial operations and governance:
  • Participate in the standardization of financial processes among Swiss entities.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance.
• Support automation initiatives related to Quote-to-Bill, Project Management, and Services Management.
• Prepare for data migration for the upcoming implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage the local Finance & Controlling team.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines for reporting and closes.
