Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader as Finance Manager (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Vaduz. You will be part of the extended executive board and take responsibility for finance and accounting with your team. Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring operational bookkeeping
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Financial and tax planning
• Liquidity management
• Reporting
• Further developing controlling instruments

Moreover, you will oversee internal controls, contracts, insurance, and the coordination with auditors, banks, and other external partners. You will also lead projects aimed at digitizing processes.

Requirements

You should have:

• A higher financial or business education (university, professional diploma, etc.)
• Solid professional and leadership experience in finance and accounting
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., PGR, OR, Swiss GAAP)
• Project experience in process optimization and ERP systems and a strong affinity for IT
