Description

For a rapidly growing Swiss company active in a digital environment, we are seeking a Finance Manager based in the Lausanne region.

This role is very transversal and hands-on, truly the right-hand person of the CFO on finance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting, closures, reporting, and consolidation.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and KPI analysis.
• Manage taxation, audits, and internal controls.
• Support the CFO on various projects and ad hoc analyses.
• Optimize processes, tools, and the quality of financial information.
• Collaborate with financial and operational teams in Switzerland and internationally.

Profile:

• Higher education in finance/accounting/controlling, ideally with a Federal Diploma or Accounting and Finance Expertise.
• Proven experience in accounting and finance in a similar transversal role.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
• Fluent in French and English, mandatory.
• Analytical, autonomous, and hands-on profile, comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced, and changing environment.
