Job Description
Financial and Administration Officer (m/w/d) with exciting, diverse tasks in a Lucerne Family Office, 80-100% workload.
Our client is a well-established Family Office based in Central Switzerland. It offers a wide range of services with a high customer orientation to national and international clients. To strengthen the experienced team, we are looking for a proactive and service-oriented specialist.
Your Tasks
- Manage financial accounting for client companies
- Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare tax returns for individuals and corporations
- Prepare annual financial statements, VAT returns, and support audits
- Draft tax appeals or rulings
- Administrative support in restructuring, company valuations, and formations
- Various administrative tasks and backup roles within the team
Your Profile
- Commercial education with further training in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or in fiduciary services, ideally in an international environment
- Proficient with common IT tools and very good Excel skills
- Independent and structured personality with good manners
- German: Native (C2)
- English: Good to very good knowledge (at least B1)
