The smzh is an independent financial service provider that offers its clients comprehensive, transparent, and sustainable advice on finances & investments, retirement & insurance, mortgages & real estate, as well as taxes & law. We are an established and rapidly growing financial services company and are looking for a motivated Financial and Retirement Advisor in the financial services sector to join us in further developing our vision and growth plans.

What you do

• Needs-based and professional consulting of clients in the financial and retirement area
• Acquisition of clients and building a customer base
• Representation of our company at events and in direct customer contact
• Care and management of your own customer portfolio through regular client visits and personal support

What you bring

• Completed vocational training (commercial basic training) with 2 to 3 years of experience as a consultant in finance, insurance, or retirement
• Insurance broker VBV all industries is an advantage
• Very good German language skills (additional language skills are beneficial)
• Charismatic personality, high level of commitment
• Independent, dedicated, and goal-oriented working style
• Very good IT skills (MS Office)
