Financial Business Partner

Join our controlling team in Bern as an experienced Financial Business Partner.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and update forecasts for projects and budgets of assigned departments with operational leaders.
• Work closely with regional project managers as a sparring partner.
• Ensure monthly closings of departments, including analyses and action plans.
• Assist in questioning and optimizing existing financial processes.
• Create ad-hoc analyses/reports for operational or financial management.
• Participate in development and organizational projects.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Education in business administration or controlling with experience in technical trades.
• Strong interest and understanding of project management/project controlling.
• Communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with excellent consulting skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Quick understanding and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus for the SAP Fiori/GUI project tool.
