Position Overview

Join Johnson Health Tech, a leading fitness equipment manufacturer, as a Financial Specialist (100%) at our Regensdorf location. We seek a dedicated individual with a passion for numbers to enhance our finance department.

Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: Independently manage main and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, assets) and maintain oversight.
• Closure Duties: Actively assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR.
• Operational Responsibilities: Handle payment transactions, manage collection processes, and prepare VAT returns.
• Controlling: Support the preparation of monthly key figures and assist in variance analysis.
• Administration: Maintain master data in our ERP system (SAP) and reconcile intercompany accounts.

Profile

• Education: Commercial training with further education in finance. An official diploma in finance and accounting is a significant advantage.
• Experience: Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a trade environment or an international structure.
• Languages: Fluent in German with good English skills for communication within our global group.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experienced with SAP or comparable modern ERP systems.
• Personality: A loyal team player with precise work habits, willingness to take responsibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
