Group Controller/in

We are a leading producer of masonry stones, concrete, road surfaces, and gravel with headquarters in Dillhaus, Bauma.

To support our management in Administration and Finance, we are looking for an engaged and skilled personality immediately or by agreement.

Your Tasks:

• Cost accounting and calculations: Build and maintain calculation models for construction materials, construction services, and services.
• Risk Management/IKS and Controlling: Develop the internal control system and support management in investment decisions and profitability analyses.
• Consolidated/annual financial statements and reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR.
• Forecasting: Create meaningful forecasts and analyze deviations.
• Taxes: Prepare tax returns for group companies.
• Process and system optimization: Work on developing ERP and reporting systems including digitization.

What You Bring:

• Completed studies in Business, Finance, or Controlling (ideally with a focus on accounting and cost accounting).
• Good knowledge and experience in cost accounting and internal control.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, structured working method, and strong numerical understanding.
• Proficient with ERP systems, MS-Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
