About 45 dedicated professionals work at IMPULSIS every day with competence and heart for sustainable professional integration.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and leadership-strong Head of Central Services, Member of the Extended Executive Board (60-80%) starting November 1, 2026, or by agreement.
The Central Services ensure the smooth operation of our organization and create the conditions for professional work in all areas. In this key position, you will lead a team with different professional competencies in finance, HR, IT, administration, and maintenance. With your networked thinking, leadership experience, and openness to new technologies, you will continuously develop our services and processes together with your 4-member team.
You can make an impact:
- Lead and further develop the Central Services department with the areas of finance, HR, IT, administration, and infrastructure.
- Ensure efficient and service-oriented support processes for the entire organization.
- Be responsible for financial management, budget processes, controlling, and reporting.
- Initiate and implement digitalization and organizational development projects.
- Actively shape strategic issues as a member of the Extended Executive Board.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration and a modern leadership culture.
Requirements:
- Commercial or comparable training with further education in business administration and/or management.
- Several years of leadership experience and joy in leading employees from different professional fields.
- Ability to coordinate and strategically develop various fields such as finance, HR, IT, administration, and infrastructure.
- Interest in digitalization and openness to new technologies, applications, and process innovations.
- High IT affinity and secure handling of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ideally Abacus.
- Ideally experience in finance and accounting and a good understanding of business contexts.
- Networked thinking, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a positive personality that likes to get involved.
