Internship for Students Law, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, 80% workload

The goal of improving patients' lives determines the work of our client, a research-based biopharmaceutical company in Zug. The medicines are used to treat serious diseases that affect people of all ages in various life stages. 250 employees cover important parts of the value chain: from clinical trials to nationwide distribution of medications. To support the existing team, we are looking for a responsible personality.

Your Tasks

• Support the introduction and communication of new compliance guidelines
• Assist in the preparation of audits
• Help update internal processes and related documentation
• Ensure proper approval and uploading of documents within internal archiving systems
• Assist in creating training materials and preparing training sessions

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or Risk Management
• Strong interest in compliance, governance, or regulated environments
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Excellent English and German proficiency)
• Team-oriented, connected thinking and proactive
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and high IT affinity
