Job Description

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of market conditions and trends as pertinent to the Systematic Equities AI Research strategy to make trading and investment decisions.
• Manage a portfolio of capital within the allocated risk limit as directed by the Risk Committee.
• Directly assist senior management in designing and implementing optimisation and risk management strategies.
• Develop, maintain and reinforce relationships with external banks and brokers.
• Assist the Investor Relations and Marketing team in keeping existing and potential investors informed on the firm's strategy.
• Liaise with the Operations team to book and settle trades correctly.
• Liaise with the Technology team to develop appropriate trading systems to support the strategy.
• Conduct day-to-day activities in compliance with the firm’s Compliance policies and procedures.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable domain expertise in statistical trading strategies.
• Significant hedge fund experience and demonstrable success.
• Recognized leading thinker and practitioner of advanced AI techniques.
• Strong risk management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
