To strengthen our Corporate Service Team, we are looking for a reliable and committed Project & Finance Administrator 80% for our location in Zurich-Altstetten.

Responsibilities

  • Project Administration:
    • Processing orders and monthly billing of our services
    • Managing customer contracts, project master data management, cost control
  • Financial Administration:
    • Assistance in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
    • Recording supplier invoices
    • Financial accounting; periodic account reconciliation, especially with payroll accounting
    • Assistance in controlling and creating financial reports
  • General Tasks:
    • Administrative tasks; including reception, telephone with the team at the Zurich location

Requirements

  • You are a winning and trustworthy personality with strong service orientation, valuing communication and cooperation with various stakeholders?
  • Along with being responsible for all administrative matters of project administration for our external employees, you bring your pronounced numerical flair, analytical thinking, and structured, conscientious working style into financial accounting.
  • Do you also have the following experience?
    • Commercial vocational training (EFZ or other equivalent qualification)
    • Further training as an accounting clerk, or willingness to complete this soon
    • Experience in financial accounting and/or project administration
    • Fluent in German and very good English skills
    • Solid knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel. ERP knowledge (Abacus)
