We are looking for our client, an insurance company, a: Responsable d'équipe 1e LPP.

Missions:

• Modifications regarding insured persons as well as memberships and departures.
• Retirements and benefit cases.
• Anticipated withdrawals EPL and buybacks.
• Incoming and outgoing free passage benefits.
• Divorce cases and feasibility declarations.
• Claims in collaboration with reinsurers.
• Payment of pensions and payment operations.
• Investment mandates and change of strategy.
• Development of the internal service.
• Management of 1-3 people and collaboration with 3 RM.

Profile:

• Age 30 - 55 years.
• CFC of commercial employee or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in LPP.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as team leader.
• Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2-C1).
• Good knowledge of German (level B2 = an asset).
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools.
• Responsible, autonomous, and possessing leadership qualities.
