Responsible Finances & Services (m/w)

Manage premium consumer goods in this challenging role! A nationally recognized company with a pioneering status in the premium consumer goods segment is looking for a versatile personality with drive and enthusiasm for their headquarters in Zurich-City (near the main train station).

Your Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for operational accounting (especially general financial accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and partially controlling)
• Manage and develop a team member and implement process improvement proposals
• Prepare and coordinate monthly and annual financial statements (including reconciliation with the auditor), budget, various forecasts, performance metrics, and general financial/liquidity planning
• Actively participate in areas such as insurance, fleet management, ICT planning, HR administration, inventory management, payroll, and other operational tasks in daily business
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the company and close cooperation with management and owners, serving as the central contact for specific expert topics regarding internal and external contacts, institutions, clients, suppliers, etc.

Your Profile:

• Commercial training with further education in accounting, finance-controlling, or comparable knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in accounting in a similar environment (industry, trade, retail, or services)
• Proven experience as an accountant with pragmatic and operational implementation skills and familiarity with accounting standards (OR, Swiss GAAP)
• Strong desire for an all-rounder role with significant responsibilities and competencies, good German skills, English/French desirable, and proficient in MS Office and ERP tools
• Preferred full-time 100%, residing in Zurich, age 30+, no remote work planned, immediate start possible/desired
