Who We Are

We are a FINMA-registered asset manager of collective investments specializing in mining and natural resources. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Investment Analyst with deep expertise in precious metals mining equities.

Description of the Role

• Technical and financial assessment of mining assets with a focus on gold and silver (DCF models and resource-based valuation)
• Preparation of investment cases, including sensitivity analyses and stress testing
• On-site due diligence of mining operations globally, including remote locations
• Participation in international mining conferences and industry events
• Collaboration with technical experts, management teams, and industry stakeholders
• Support in investor communication, marketing, and fundraising activities

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MSc) or higher in Finance, Economics, Geology, Mining Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the analysis of precious metals mining equities from a technical and financial perspective
• Proven experience in building financial models (DCF and resource-based valuation)
• Strong understanding of geological and mining concepts
• Established professional network within the mining industry
• Experience interacting with brokers and capital markets participants
• Willingness to travel internationally, including remote locations
• Knowledge of Swiss regulatory environment (e.g. FinSA conduct rules) is an advantage
• Fluent in English
