Nature of Work

The tasks are generally divided into approximately 60% audit assignments, 20% fiduciary and tax mandates, and 20% consulting mandates. The specific tasks include:

• Ordinary and limited audits, group audits, special audits according to OR.
• Mergers and restructuring, special audits.
• Internal audits, project audits, compliance audits, special investigations.
• Tax consulting for companies, international tax consulting, tax consulting for corporate transactions, and for private individuals.
• Financial accounting with closings, planning, reporting, payroll mandates and personnel administration.
• Consulting for digital solutions and workflows.
• Corporate and financial consulting, business valuations, and succession planning in the SME sector.

Requirements Profile

• You have a diploma as a certified auditor or fiduciary expert with approval as an audit expert.
• A young expert is sought due to a succession plan (male or female) who would be interested in working towards a succession position.
• The ideal candidate is an absolute generalist who enjoys working broadly in the SME sector with both national and international mandates. A potential succession in 2, 3, or 4 years is absolutely realistic and feasible.
• It would also be possible to start with a reduced workload, at 80%, and then increase to 100%.
