Description

As a member of the Corporate Controlling team of a stock-listed, globally active company, take on a wide range of financial and controlling tasks. In this role, you will support the group management as well as the financial managers of our group companies worldwide, contributing with professionalism, quality awareness, and team spirit to effective collaboration.

• Participate in the group consolidation (30 group companies) as well as the preparation of monthly closings, reporting, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER, including the management report.
• Support in the area of Financial Compliance (e.g. Non-Financial Reporting, coordination and further development of the internal control system, conducting internal audits).
• Develop global transfer pricing documentation including Country-by-Country Reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and participate in projects (e.g. digitization of our processes, Power BI, taxes, M&A).
• Maintain and further develop the consolidation software (Cognos).

Profile

• Higher business education (University/FH, Economic Audit, or Controlling), several years of experience in consolidation and controlling (preferably in an industrial context) as well as experience in Swiss GAAP FER.
• Analytical, independent, conceptual, and proactive working style with a pronounced quality claim.
• Very good IT skills in MS Office, Power BI, and SAP; Cognos knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent communication in German and English, as well as the ability to prepare and present interconnected contexts appropriately.
• Open, communicative personality with international interest and enthusiasm for demanding financial topics as well as contacts with group companies.
• View manageable travel activity for internal audits on site as an enrichment.
