Your tasks:

• Support the finance management in all finance-related tasks.
• Responsible for proper financial accounting.
• Provide phone support to customers and suppliers regarding financial matters.
• Advise and support in accounts receivable and payable.
• Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Participate in various projects.
• Process responsibility for the internal control system in the finance area.

Your profile:

• Commercial education EFZ.
• Further education as a financial and accounting specialist with federal diploma or higher business qualifications (HF/FH).
• At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger as well as financial closing processes.
• Experience with internal control systems (IKS) and compliance requirements.
• Very good German language skills.
• Good French language skills at least B2 level.
• Confident handling of MS Office applications and preferably Navision Dynamics.
• Initiative and ability to set priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Independent, precise, and reliable work.
• Junior profiles with corresponding education are also welcome.
