Your Tasks

• Customize and optimize workflows, structures, and internal processes.
• Managing financial accounting for multiple companies, including creditors, debtors, and asset accounting as well as complete dunning processes.
• Preparing monthly reports and comprehensive quarterly and annual financial statements according to internal and external requirements.
• Accompanying budget processes and supporting the creation of forecasts and financial planning foundations.
• Ensuring smooth operations in personnel administration during vacation absences and taking on administrative tasks to relieve the team.
• Shaping and optimizing workflows, structures, and internal processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and quality.

Your Profile

• Training as a Finance and Accounting Specialist or comparable qualification.
• Responsible and quality-oriented personality with a confident and open demeanor.
• Independent, structured, and solution- and process-oriented working style.
• German: Proficient.
