Finance Continuous Improvement Expert (80-100%)

Your mission:

In this role, you will help Skyguide complete the transformation of its Finance department by supporting teams in working efficiently within a new environment and continuously fine-tuning processes and tools.

Your tasks:

• Collect feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities in the processes, document them and find solutions
• Communicate changes and organize training sessions to make sure people know what they are supposed to do and how
• Design and maintain Finance performance KPI's and dashboards
• Identify change impacts from IT enhancements and work with Finance Solution experts in the Methods and Tools team to communicate and train people on what they are supposed to do and how
• Organize a recurrent governance to ensure new ideas are generated and monitor delivery progress
• Coach team members on customer-centric communication
• Organize change communication and events within the Finance team

What we are looking for:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting
• Experience in Management consulting or Change management
• Proven record working on Finance transformation and continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Good knowledge of support function processes
• Building relationships: Express gratitude, respect personal boundaries, and maintain your network
• Communication: Adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders, actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
• Fluent in English; French or German as a plus
