Your Mission

You lead all Finance & Controlling functions at Bechtle Switzerland, while driving and supporting the transformation of financial operations within Swiss entities. The position combines responsibility for financial management, business partnering, controlling, accounting governance, process harmonization, automation, PMO performance visibility, and operational excellence in the finance function.

Financial Leadership:

• Drive budgeting, forecasting processes, and monthly and annual closings.
• Provide management reporting and relevant financial analyses for decision-making to the Managing Director and local management.
• Support strategic decisions and contribute to the profitability improvement of Bechtle Switzerland as well as other entities.

Financial Operations and Governance:

• Participate in the standardization of financial processes across various Swiss entities and lead when necessary.
• Support and drive financial initiatives to improve performance management, particularly around standard costs, inter-company transactions, and service profitability per technology area.

Transformation and Automation:

• Support initiatives related to Quote-to-Bill processes, Project Management, and Services Management automation.
• Collaborate with IT to improve ERP integrations and reporting tools.
• Prepare data migration for the upcoming implementation of SAP R3.

Team Management:

• Coach, support, and develop the local Finance & Controlling team.
• Strengthen collaboration within the team through cross-responsibilities.
• Support managers in steering their financial performance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Be the main point of contact for the Swiss Management Team, Group Finance, auditors, and business leaders.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Accuracy and timeliness of closures and reporting.
• Quality of budget and forecasts.
• Reliability of invoicing and WIP tracking.
• Client collection performance.
• Audit results and compliance level.
• Process efficiency in Finance and advancement of automation initiatives.
• Business stakeholder satisfaction.
