Head of Administration, HR & Finance (80%)
For an internationally operating and successful company in the ZH Oberland, we are looking for an experienced individual as Senior Office Manager. In this diverse key position, you will take responsibility for the entire office organization and support the management in administrative, organizational, and coordinating tasks.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for a smooth and professional office daily operations
- Support the management in organizational and administrative matters
- Lead and further develop a small administration team
- Support and coordinate HR processes (new entries, exits, insurance, time recording, etc.)
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable as well as in debt collection
- Review, post and manage invoices
- Monitor outstanding debts and clarify payment delays
- Support and coordinate the administrative order processing
- Manage and coordinate suppliers and external service providers
- Act as a contact person for IT, infrastructure and organizational issues
- Organize meetings, appointments, and internal projects
- Create evaluations, presentations, and decision-making bases
- Optimize existing processes and ensure efficient information flow
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training or equivalent further education
- Several years of professional experience as Office Manager, Head of Administration or in a comparable function
- Experience in a trading or sales company
- Good knowledge in order processing and accounts receivable management
- Solid understanding of HR and financial processes
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Trustworthy, discreet and loyal personality
- Independent and structured working style
- Communicative and service-oriented personality
- Very good knowledge of German, Swiss German skills are an advantage
