Head of Finance
In this key position, you will assume responsibility for financial management and drive the development of streamlined processes. Together with your small team, you will ensure transparency, reliable decision-making bases, and future-oriented financial management. You will ensure liquidity, guarantee meaningful reporting, and be responsible for budgeting, forecasts, cost control, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements. In doing so, you ensure an efficient flow of information to internal and external stakeholders.
For this versatile task, you bring a higher education in finance and accounting (certificate, bachelor, expert or comparable) as well as several years of experience in financial accounting, controlling, and budgeting. You have the competency to prepare financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and are proficient in working with ERP systems, ideally Abacus. You have very good German skills and good spoken knowledge of the respective other national language; good English skills complete your language profile. Furthermore, you convince with leadership skills, analytical thinking, a pronounced service orientation, and the ability to implement changes in a targeted and pragmatic manner. As a reliable, communicative, and proactive personality, you work in a structured manner, readily take on responsibility, and know how to engage different stakeholders and win them over for joint solutions.
