Location: Zug
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time, on-site (no home office)
Our client is an international technology-driven organisation. The company delivers highly engineered products and solutions to a global client base and maintains a strong footprint in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of Finance & Controlling across a global business unit and its international entities
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis at both operational and strategic levels
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management
  • Act as a trusted business partner to leadership, supporting decision-making and driving financial transparency
  • Oversee and continuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools (ERP-based environment)
  • Maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits
  • Manage tax and transfer pricing topics in a multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Ensure statutory reporting and tax compliance across relevant countries
  • Lead, coach, and develop finance teams across multiple locations while fostering collaboration across regions

Education & Experience

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance & Controlling
  • Proven leadership experience in an international environment
  • Strong track record in multi-entity, multi-country structures
  • Solid experience with IFRS reporting
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP advantageous) and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing principles
  • Fluent in English; German is advantageous and additional languages are a plus

Global role with regular international travel. Fully on-site position based in Zug. CH/EU national, or holder of a valid Swiss work permit.
