Improve patients' lives significantly: This goal defines the work of our client, a research-based biopharmaceutical company in Zug. The medications serve the treatment of severe diseases affecting people of all ages in various life stages. 250 employees cover key parts of the value chain: from clinical studies to nationwide distribution of medications. To support the existing team, we are looking for a responsible person.

Your tasks

• Support the introduction and communication of new compliance guidelines
• Assist in the preparation of audits
• Help update internal processes and related documentation
• Ensure proper approval and upload of documents within the internal archiving systems
• Support the creation of training materials and the preparation of trainings

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management
• Strong interest in compliance, governance, or regulated environments
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Good written and oral communication skills (Excellent English and German skills)
• Team-oriented, networked thinking, and proactive
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and high IT affinity
