Internal Audit Manager (with exciting career progression opportunities)

Our client is a highly successful global consumer goods company headquartered in Zurich. To strengthen the Group Internal Audit team, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional with a strong audit background and the drive to develop within an international environment.

Your tasks

• Lead and execute risk-based operational and financial audits across international subsidiaries.
• Assess business processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain global audit methodologies, programs, policies, and tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders and senior management across functions and regions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors regarding audit findings and remediation activities.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports with practical recommendations and present findings to management.
• Monitor implementation of agreed corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic and special projects at Group level.

Your profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Swiss CPA or ACA.
• Several years of experience in External Audit within a Big4 or international audit environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all organisational levels while maintaining professional independence.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately up to 40–50%).
