Junior Management Controller (H/F)

Join our controlling team as a junior management controller in Prilly. Collaborate with the Management Control Manager on all activities within the scope, focusing on the Vaud canton. Participate actively in the collection, analysis, and consolidation of financial data to ensure harmonized reporting across the scope. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and closures for all activities. Produce transversal analyses and write internal presentations for operational teams. Follow up and manage overdue payments. Ensure billing, contribute to the update of maintenance contracts for invoicing, and support contract review entries. Participate in the improvement of tools and processes, aimed at harmonization among teams. Act as the Management Control Manager in their absence, ensuring data reliability and consistency across the scope. Process invoices by cost centers and contribute to monitoring vehicle-related costs in collaboration with the fleet manager.

What characterizes you:

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in management control or similar functions, ideally in a project management environment.
• Prior experience in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting, acquired during internships or first positions.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI/Co is a plus.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Excellent teamwork, numerical orientation, and analytical thinking.
