The Finance and Performance Management Service coordinates all financial activities of the organization and consolidates with various associations and foundations that make up AVASAD's system. Additionally, it consists of the Performance Management Center, which aims to develop management tools in all areas, particularly those related to service quality and client monitoring. To complete the team of the Unit for Analysis and Performance Monitoring (ASP), we are looking for:
Pricing Specialist (80 - 100%)
Mission:
- Support the organization in applying pricing and billing rules, ensuring compliance through control measures and written directives.
- Produce regular analyses and reports, actively monitor pricing developments to assist decision-making.
- Contribute to the EFAS project, particularly in the evolution of tariffs to ensure the economic viability of AVASAD services (new pricing positions, tariff revision outside ASD, etc.).
- Manage relations with insurers, including tariff negotiations, drafting agreements, and disseminating related directives.
- Participate in projects related to pricing developments and new care models, as well as inter-cantonal working groups.
- Ensure follow-up on legislative and regulatory developments at the federal, inter-cantonal, and cantonal levels, respond to consultations from the competent authorities, and contribute to the management of institutional risks.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Economics or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of experience in business economics or management control
- Proficient in written and spoken French, good oral communication
- Good knowledge of German
- Excellent analytical, interpretation, and data synthesis skills
- Strong writing skills and ability to formulate clear recommendations
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
