Mission

• Manage and develop your own client portfolio autonomously.
• Be the main point of contact and proactively advise clients.
• Supervise and support staff, ensuring quality work.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and optimize accounting processes.
• Supervise payroll management on your files.
• Assist clients in financial, organizational, and strategic decisions (company creation, restructuring, succession, etc.).

Revision

• Perform ordinary and limited audits according to CO and ASR requirements.

Taxation & VAT

• Act as a trusted partner in tax consulting (optimization, planning).
• Oversee the preparation of tax declarations (PP and PM) and VAT settlements.
• Advise clients in more complex tax situations.

Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with management and other offices in French-speaking Switzerland.

Digitalization & Automation

• Actively participate in optimizing and automating fiduciary processes for clients.
• Support clients in their digital transition.

Requirements

• Possess a diploma in accounting expert qualification.
• Several years of experience in auditing and/or fiduciary work, ideally in a SME environment.
• Ideally knowledgeable in Abacus and M-Files software; enjoy assisting clients through their digital transformation.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is a significant asset.
• Demonstrated relational ease, strong initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit for portfolio development.
• Enjoy advising and sustainably supporting entrepreneurial families.
• Ability to work independently, organized, and efficiently.
• Solution-oriented approach, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit.
