My client, a highly specialized and diversified service company with about 500 employees and close ties to public administration located in Zürcher Oberland (near Uster/Wetzikon), offers a versatile and high-quality service offering.

Your Tasks

• Participate in general controlling projects in a medium-sized team of specialists, regular exchange with team leadership.
• Coordinate and monitor comprehensive analyses and plausibility checks of operational, financial services.
• Ensure and execute quarterly closings, budget preparations, and reports.
• Regular control of internal and external processes and development of improvement proposals.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the entire company on specific task settings and specific exchanges with various stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Solid commercial training with further education in finance and accounting or controlling (or comparable qualifications).
• Experience in a similar accounting and/or controlling environment of an SME from the service, trade, or health sector.
• Proven track record as a specialist with a clear development desire combined with pragmatic/operational implementation skills and diverse project and process expertise.
• Strong desire for a versatile role with responsibility in a specialized and demanding environment with very attractive employment conditions.
• Perfect German, English desired, proficient in the most common Microsoft/Office tools (focus on Excel).
