Senior Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) - 100%

We support a globally active financial institution in the search for a Senior Finance Business Partner. In this versatile role, you actively shape financial steering by recognizing interrelationships and creating data-driven decision-making bases. With a healthy dose of innovative kick, you act as a sparring partner for business units and effectively, transparently, and sustainably shape financial performance.

Your Tasks

• Business partnering and financial sparring for various country units
• Overall responsibility for budget, forecast, and strategic planning including optimization
• Identification of economic and operational drivers, analysis of interrelationships, and provision of decision-relevant data for management
• Control and monitoring of cost structures of central corporate functions
• Active transformation of controlling processes, especially through automation

Your Profile

• Completed studies in finance, economics, or business administration
• Several years of experience in a position as Finance Business Partner/Cost Controller in the insurance or banking sector
• Secure handling of AI-supported solutions (e.g. BI tools, Advanced Excel, ...)
• Fluent in German and English
• Analytical mindset in tune with the times
