Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes including ensuring correct, complete, and timely financial reports.
• Leading the mid-term planning process, annual budget cycles, and rolling forecasts.
• Executing, maintaining, and updating standard costs in line with operational objectives.
• Analyzing profit and loss and balance sheet variances, identifying trends and deriving measures for performance improvement.
• Monitoring relevant KPIs and actively supporting productivity and efficiency initiatives.
• Close collaboration with production, purchasing, supply chain, and operations.
• Implementation and monitoring of corporate governance guidelines and identification and reduction of financial and operational risks.
• Strategic business partner role for plant management, regional executives, and global finance teams.
• Promoting a uniform financial understanding and strengthening financial transparency throughout the company.

Your Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance/controlling, ideally in an industrial or production-related environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• MBA, CPA, or comparable additional qualifications are advantageous.
• Very good understanding of production and cost structures.
• Strong analytical abilities and high business orientation.
• Confident demeanor as a sparring partner at management level.
• Negotiation proficiency in German and English.
