For our client, an international industrial company with local influence and a world leader in its field, we are looking for a CFO / Financial Director of the Swiss entity.

Immediate start is desirable for candidates who are not going on vacation and are tired of DIY at home, but waiting for a candidate on notice is also possible.

Reporting to management and as a member of the executive committee, you will be responsible for:

• Steering all finance for Switzerland from a strategic and operational point of view: supervising accounting processes, VAT, financial statements, and closing accounts.
• Managing industrial controlling including budgets for the various plants, forecasting, cost calculations...
• Optimizing processes, improving existing ones, and innovating.
• Managing financial flows.
• Participating in investment projects with management.
• Supervising a small direct team as well as transversal departments for a total of about ten collaborators.

We are looking for a person with:

• Expertise in finance/controlling or equivalent.
• 8/10 years of confirmed experience in a similar position in an industrial environment, ideally in a local structure with a group behind it.
• German C1, English B2+ mandatory.
• Mastery of an ERP such as SAP, Business Central, etc.
• Package to discuss according to the candidate's experience.
