As a Compliance Assistant, you will be part of the Compliance Department and work in the Monitoring Team. You will be assigned a specific three-month mission related to external legal and regulatory requests, which will include the following tasks:

• Conducting research on client accounts
• Reviewing the clarifications sent to clients and the responses received
• Sorting, summarizing and translating information in a report
• Preparing documentation for the Legal Department
• Ensuring the timely follow-up of these requests and deadlines

Qualifications

• Graduated in Laws or in Economics is a strong asset
• Interest in the financial industry
• Excellent command of English and French
• Analytical and methodological approach
• Detail-oriented, organized, and conscientious
• Strong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment
  This position is a 3 months mission and is to be filled as soon as possible.
