Responsibilities

As a Deputy Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:

• KYC and due diligence review on private clients' account opening requests by applying AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB.
• Review of tax compliance aspects, such as FATCA and CRS.
• Drafting client assessment documents and procedures.
• Participation in reviews of key clients and high-risk clients.
• Participation in regulatory projects and optimization of internal processes and guidelines.
• Supporting and advising the First Line of Defense and management.
