Deputy Head Finance 100 %

For an established company in the Bern area, we are seeking an engaged and responsible individual as Deputy Head Finance as of now or by agreement.

Your Tasks:

• Substitute for the Head of Finance
• Manage the financial accounting
• Support in accounts receivable and payable
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and forecasts
• Further develop the internal control system (IKS)
• Contribute to process optimizations and digitalization projects
• Create analyses and evaluations

Your Profile:

• Commercial training
• Further education in finance and accounting (federal diploma) or HF/FH
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge in financial accounting and closings
• Experience with IKS and compliance is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable work style
• Responsible and team-oriented personality
• Very good German and Swiss German skills, Italian is advantageous
