Neuenkirch is an attractive and family-friendly municipality at the southern end of Lake Sempacher. In the three village parts of Neuenkirch, Hellbühl, and Sempach Station, around 7,250 residents live. In addition to modern infrastructure, numerous local recreation areas, good public transport connections, and proximity to the city, Neuenkirch is characterized by an extremely varied club and village life.

We are looking for a new team member as a financial specialist in ICT (80-100%) starting immediately or by agreement.

Your Tasks

• Process responsibility for budget and medium-term planning.
• General controlling tasks of municipal finances (including investment projects) as well as their further development.
• Responsibility for the implementation of year-end closing work in collaboration with the Head of Finance.
• Responsibility for the implementation and further development of the internal control system (ICS) for the administration and external offices (schools, residential and care center).
• Responsibility for the specialist application portfolio in the finance sector of the municipality of Neuenkirch (especially Abacus and Innosolv), including maintenance of master data and support for employees.
• Project management for digitization processes within the core applications (especially M365 and core applications GEVER) with a focus on finance.
• Participation in the creation and further development of the ICT municipal strategy.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the finance sector at FH, Uni or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in finance and ICT.
• Specialized training in the ICT sector.
• High IT affinity and solid knowledge of core applications (Abacus, Innosolv, M365, possibly CMI).
• Practical experience with the accounting model HRM2.
• Project experience is an advantage.
