Job Description

Take responsibility for the timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR for two legal entities in close coordination with Syntegon Global Business Service Accounting.

Act as contact for auditors, banks, and insurance companies, prepare audits and audit inquiries and accompany them.

Coordinate and participate in the preparation of national and international tax returns as well as VAT returns, together with external consultants (AT, CA, CH, DE, FI, FR, IN, LU, NO, US, ZA).

Implement group directives in accounting and compliance topics, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Plan and coordinate group internal controls and carry them out partially by yourself (e.g., process and system controls, control evidence).

Finally, participate in cross-functional projects for process optimization and digitalization (e.g., ERP-interface projects, automation of routine activities) and take on independent project tasks as well as ad-hoc analyses.
