Financial Officer with a focus on Cost Accounting and Controlling (m/w/d)

For the finance area in the National Roads Region VI, we are looking for a Financial Officer with a focus on Cost Accounting and Controlling starting September 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing cost and performance accounting, including post-calculation for the annual financial statements.
• Conducting cost and performance controlling (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Participation in creditor processing (review and approval).
• Independent invoicing for external services.
• Creation and preparation of data deliveries and reports for ASTRA.

Requirements:

• Commercial training with completed further education in finance or controlling.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function (ideally in the public sector).
• Solid knowledge of annual financial statements, controlling, and reporting.
• Very good Excel skills and high affinity for digital tools.
• Analytical mindset, initiative, and structured working style.
• Interest in cost accounting and business connections.
• Responsible, independent work with scope for creativity.
