Head of Accounting / Controlling (80 - 100%)

Together, we ensure that our varied and very interesting tasks in our accounting/controlling function operate efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for our accounting/controlling.
• With your team, be responsible for budgeting, financial and liquidity planning, internal and external reporting, cost accounting, as well as annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations.
• Liaise with external partners such as auditors, software suppliers, authorities, and banks.
• Lead the accounting/controlling team and be responsible for its development.

What we are looking for:

• You have higher education/training in finance/business administration.
• You have several years of experience in accounting/controlling, ideally with leadership experience.
• You have in-depth knowledge of accounting under Swiss GAAP FER, balance sheet/closing security, and SAP knowledge.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or strong motivation to engage in this field.
• You possess independent working style, resilience, and strong communication and social skills.
