Head of Finance / Co-MD

Our client, Global Growth Capital, is a European specialist investor in Private Credit that finances growth companies with tailored capital solutions. With Rocket Internet as a main investor, the company has strong strategic ties and access to an established international network. The focus lies on software, fintech, and other technology-driven companies. In addition to credit and lending, further potential arises in venture capital, public equities, and real estate, especially in Germany and Spain. Thus, Global Growth Capital is increasingly developing into a broadly positioned investment platform with complementary asset classes.

In establishing the headquarters in Liechtenstein, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and expert personality as Head of Finance / Co-MD in Schaan.

In this diverse key position, you share the operational and financial management of the company with the Managing Director. You ensure efficient accounting, controlling, and reporting processes, are responsible for daily business and key financial and administrative workflows, and contribute to building lean structures in Liechtenstein. Furthermore, you will accompany transactions, support strategic inquiries, and eventually lead a junior person.

For this responsible position, we expect a higher education in economics complemented by solid experience in accounting, finance or controlling, ideally in a family office, corporate structure, or investment environment. You have very good accounting knowledge, understand financial and reporting processes and can professionally accompany audit topics. You are fluent in German and English.

Personally, you convince with initiative, maturity, loyalty, and a pronounced hands-on mentality. You think entrepreneurially and analytically, work independently and thoroughly, and feel comfortable in a small, dynamic start-up environment where you will initially shape and take on responsibility directly. Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of a broad role round off your profile.

You can expect an attractive leadership position with high autonomy, short decision paths, and direct collaboration with the Managing Director. The position offers much scope for design in the establishment of the Liechtenstein headquarters in a fintech-friendly investment environment with entrepreneurial dynamics and a stable strategic base. The workplace is Schaan/Liechtenstein; the position requires a primary residence in Liechtenstein. Persons residing in nearby foreign countries will be given a residency permit.
