Improve patients' lives significantly: This goal defines the work of our client, a research-based biopharmaceutical company in Zug. The medications serve to treat serious diseases affecting people of all ages at various stages of life. 250 employees cover important parts of the value chain: from clinical trials to nationwide drug distribution. To support the existing team, we are looking for a responsible personality.

Your Tasks

• Support the introduction and communication of new compliance guidelines
• Assist in the preparation of audits
• Help update internal processes and related documentation
• Ensure proper approval and upload documents within internal archiving systems
• Assist in the creation of training materials and preparation for trainings

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management
• Strong interest in compliance, governance, or regulated environments
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Excellent English and German proficiency)
• Team-oriented, connected thinking, and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and high IT affinity
