Description

Manage company-owned pension funds at the mandate level (including xPlan).

Create annual financial statements and process all mutations.

Handle cases of entitlement (disability, retirements, death, etc.).

Advise insured parties, employers, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal and external parties.

Participate in projects.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally with further education in the field of BVG/social insurance
• Several years of experience in pension fund management
• Knowledge of xPlan as well as very good MS Office skills
• Independent, structured working style
• Fluent German, English is an advantage
• Workload: 100%
• Start date: August 2026
• Duration: 16 months
• Location: Zurich
• Remote: 20-40% (to be clarified with business)
