The Beyeler Foundation is looking for an experienced and competent individual to strengthen its Management Office in Basel as
Responsible Accounting & Consolidation (w/m/d) 70-80%
Your Tasks:

• Independent management of the entire accounting of the Beyeler Foundation including the preparation of the annual financial statements
• Preparation of the consolidated annual accounts of the Beyeler Foundation according to Swiss GAPP FER 21
• Preparation of VAT settlements / expert responsibility VAT
• Responsibility for the reconciliation of other accounts
• Monitor cash flows and support liquidity planning
• Prepare analyses and evaluations
• Application responsibility and superuser function for Abacus
• Participation in projects and implementation of digital processes
• Ensure high booking quality as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Support and represent the management of the Management Office & Finances

Your Profile:

• Higher education in accounting (FH, Federal diploma in accounting, fiduciary or similar)
• Extensive professional experience in a relevant responsible role in accounting and/or fiduciary experience with consolidation
• Experience with asset issues and/or construction/real estate issues an advantage
• High IT affinity and interest in digital processes
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Native German (fluent in oral and written), good English skills
• Team-oriented, initiative and responsible personality

Working percentage: 70-80% (a larger volume of work in the winter half-year than in the summer)
