Senior Manager Audit

For the young branch in Winterthur, we are looking for an experienced personality in the field of auditing who wants to not only lead mandates but also shape the future. The location is in an exciting start-up and growth phase – with short paths and plenty of room for design. You can expect a role with high personal responsibility, direct leadership of two auditors, and the opportunity to actively shape the further expansion of the Winterthur location. Your Challenges

• Lead audit mandates and ensure audit quality and documentation.
• Self-directed management of audit mandates focusing on various mandates in the SME sector, industry, and public sector.
• Responsibility for quality, efficiency, and sustainable customer relationships.
• Lead and develop junior talents.
• Build and lead a strong audit team at the Winterthur location.
• Identify customer needs and incorporate suitable BDO services.

Your Qualities

• Degree as a certified auditor or signature authorization through long-standing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, including training periods.
• Enjoy customer contact and mandate responsibility.
• Excellent German skills, including understanding Swiss German and fluent English skills.
