Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office, together with municipal tax offices, collects taxes for the federation, the canton, and the municipalities. We support individuals and businesses throughout the tax assessment process. Around 800 qualified employees are engaged at the location in Zurich Altstetten.
In the corporate sector, legal compliance assessments are carried out with a focus on corporate tax law. For our consumer department, we are looking for suitable reinforcement as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:

• Review of tax returns and annual financial statements of legal entities and self-employed individuals (profit and capital taxes as well as income and wealth taxes and the refund of withholding tax)
• Conduct assessments after clarifying the relevant facts
• Evaluation of binding official advance rulings and responsibility in legal remedy procedures (especially appeal procedures and first-instance procedures before the tax appeal court)
• Written, telephone, and personal communication with our clients or their representatives

Your profile:

• Completed business or legal studies or an equivalent higher commercial qualification (dipl. tax expert, dipl. business planner, FA trustee, or equivalent training)
• Professional appearance and fluent German in word and writing; good English knowledge is a plus
• Tax law experience in tax consulting, fiduciary services, or administration is an advantage
• Resilience, high service orientation, and the ability to think analytically, goal-oriented, and networked
